Coree Aussant (Sat Siri Kaur)
Coree has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and Kundalini yoga for the last 10 years. After experiencing the healing power of Kundalini yoga, both physically and emotionally, she was inspired to further her knowledge to be able to share this yoga technology with others.
Coree completed the 200 hour KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher training program in 2015 through the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center in Millis, Massachusetts. In addition to teaching yoga, she has completed the CranioSacral Therapy training program through the Upledger Institute and is a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner.
Dorothy is a certified Svaroopa® yoga teacher with over 2000 hours of training. She also is an Ayurvedic certified lifestyle consultant from Kripalu School of Ayurveda.
Dorothy has been studying yoga for the past 20 years and has had many wonderful teachers along the way that have truly inspired her on a transformational journey of self-discovery. Prior to her exposure to meditation, yoga, and Ayurveda, she was searching outside herself for fulfillment. This led her on a wild goose chase, and many years of unhealthy distractions and unhappiness.
What she would love to share with you is how to use the precise alignments of yoga to open areas in your body that have been tight for a very long time, how to find your breath in a gentle, loving manner, to guide you into the peaceful stillness within and to share the practice of Ayurveda on & off the mat.
Janelle’s practice all started with YouTube videos and DVDs, but quickly grew into a dedicated practice both at home and a local studio once she discovered that there was much, much more to the practice than the physical poses themselves. Janelle’s teaching style is vinyasa based with a lot of attention on mindful breath and mindful movement, often linking each movement with the breath to deepen awareness and connection with yourself. Her classes focus on alignment while creating a moving meditation, holding space for exploring your inner landscape and being fully submerged in the present moment. She is also big on bringing awareness not only to the breath and body, but to the simple beauties of life, and learning how to take yoga with you off the mat.
