Introduction to Kundalini Yoga Series

In this 4 class series we will discover the history and science behind Kundalini Yoga and how this ancient practice can improve your physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Classes will consist of discussion, instruction and practice of pranayam (breath), mantra (sound), kriyas (action) and meditation.
Week 1: History, Science and Fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga
Week 2: Pranayam (breath) & Mantra (sound)
Week 3: Kriya (exercises) & Meditation
Week 4: Putting it all together
This series is for anyone who is new to yoga, has been practicing yoga for years, or has an interest in understanding the concepts and benefits of Kundalini Yoga. No experience necessary.
Coree is a certified 200 hour KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher through the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center in Millis, Massachusetts.
Cost: $75 pre-register or $85 at the door (includes handouts with home practice sheets)
