Beginners Yoga Workshop

If you’re new to yoga and wanting to learn a few basics before
joining a studio class, then this workshop is for you! Here we will
go over some foundational asana (postures), learn pranayama
(breathing exercises) and get an introduction to meditation. The
pace will be catered to those in the workshop, and you will leave
with a better understanding of the basics of yoga.
handout will be provided so you can continue to practice at your
own pace, in the comfort of your own home.
This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of this ancient
practice in a setting open for discussion and questions, at a pace
catered specifically to those in the workshop.
Cost: $30, pre-registration is required
